Tyler at PolitiPalooza

Congratulations to the Oregon Bus Project for hosting yet another successful concert event and quasi pep rally! It was a great evening at the Montgomery Park Atrium and I was glad to contribute my part as the opening act at PolitiPalooza 2008. I played a short and sweet set of original songs (to warm up the crowd) then left the momentum to the other amazing bands on the bill. I was in good company no doubt and honored to be a part of the event… thank you all for supporting the cause!

Tyler Stenson at Politipalooza

This Saturday evening I’ll be playing a short acoustic set to open up the festivities at PolitiPalooza a benefit presented by the Oregon Bus Project. I’ll be one of five fantastic acts performing throughout the course of the evening in addition to a couple keynote speakers to inspire the young voters of Portland. This will no doubt be an interesting event so I’d encourage you to get involved and join us this Saturday evening at the Montgomery Park Atrium and Ballroom at 7pm. See ya there!

Lander at the McMenamins Kennedy School

On July 22nd we were honored to play at the McMenamins Kennedy School Concert Connect Fundraiser for Autism. Oregon has the highest Autistic rating in the entire country so it is important to have awareness events such as these to raise money for the cause and support the organizations that are working to fight this disease. Lander was one of nine bands that performed that day for the cause and we were glad to do our part for the organization and meet a lot of really great people and volunteers in the process.
